Nonwoven Slitting Machine is designed in accurately slitting, simple operation, and stable running. The roll fabrics which width within 1800mm can be clipped in demanded size as long as greater than the min. width - 15 mm.
The tension of unreeling & reeling is separately controlled. The running speed of Nonwoven Slitting Machine can be freely adjusted. And the length of the clipping can be automatic counted based on the roller length counter. The unreeling process can be structured with automatic skew detection to correct scruffy coiled fabrics to reduce the waste of material.
The Nonwoven Slitting Machine is equipped with draught fan and slitter edge blowpipe, is able to blowout the slitter edge automatically.
