Just as the name shows, SMMS Spunmelt Nonwoven Machine is a composite line for nonwoven production which combines spunbond and meltblown manufacturing techniques.
It has four beams in production and can be adjusted according to your demands of production.

SMMS Spunmelt Nonwoven Machine is manufactured for PP composite non-woven fabric production.
There are two meltblown processes between spunbond process.
After the material injection, the working must go through extrusion melting, filtering, metering, spinning, cooling, stretching, net forming , thermal bonding and cutting as per requirements for the forming of finished products.
3. About the products of fabrics:
Fabrics made from SMMS machine have the advantage of excellent filtration, good breath-ability, and soft feeling. It is widely used in the hygiene & medical industry to make surgical drapes, surgical packs, surgical gowns, disposable diapers, feminine care products, face masks and so on.
